Murdock Pemberton (1888-1982) was art critic for the "New Yorker" from 1925-1932 and again in the 1950s. He was author of "Sing High, Sing Low," a comedy which played on Broadway in 1931, and was associated with his brother Brock Pemberton in the production of several other Broadway plays.
